Depression? YES, You can take it over.

Depression is the simplest mental illness to to stop, to pause, to relieve, yet day after day, in hospitals all over the country, doctors still attempt to cure depression without making patients aware of the very relief that is available to them for free.Some cases of severe, deep-seated depression might need medication and long-term therapy, but some mild depression, ordinary sadnesses can be paused by having the person take action. Imagine if every depressed person knew and learned and remembered that a person cannot remain depressed if they are continuously taking action, then maybe thousands or millions of patients would begin taking action in their own lives. Society is so dependent on drugs and on healing that comes only from drugs and from surgery, that society is reluctant to hear what the truth is about depression and what might relieve depression. I am not saying that some people do not need drugs. But I am saying that in some cases where mild depression exists, that taking action, being active, being creative does relieve that depression, even if only temporary. One can keep taking that action which relieves the depression probably in the same manner one takes pills and prescriptions. Too many people take prescription drugs for depression and then take no action in their own lives. You cannot relieve depression by taking drugs and then taking no action. Being depressed requires you to be still, to lay dormant, to stay put in one place, to have no creativity, to have no desire to do anything in your life. Then there is a mild depression that is a situation where the person is active and remains active to fight their depression and for as long as the person is active in their life, the depression subsides, takes a back seat to everything else.

When we are young, immature, unfearing, unblinking, we are in our most pristine form. We speak our minds too easily, without any filter, with absolutely no hesitation. I’ve never seen a child hesitating or regretting whatever she does. The reason why a child is always happy, “they just know this though unconsciously how to live in the present & make most out of it with minimal worries and insecurities”. They are detached souls. Each one desires & deserves to live life with the same young, energetic spirit as they grow up but nothing goes so smoothly as a fairy tale. Life holds its own turns and twists of which we can certainly never know. All one can really do is to embrace oneself. That’s what my father used to tell me when I was a child.

Sometimes when things don’t go the way they were supposed to go, we tend to lose ourselves & in consequence begin to lose the meaning of life. Every small rebuff hurts more than it ever hurts. All of a sudden, miraculously, we began to search for our goals like never before. There is this abrupt urge for inner realization. In hard times, it’s too difficult to stay focused on whether to live life chasing dreams or end up insignificantly. Because it’s conspicuously hard, people tend to choose the other option, unnatural death. HERE comes our true test of all inner strengths we possess. Continue to live life unmindful of sorrow, pain, worry or give up without attaining the dreams we dreamed. We need to perceive the real structure of how the world works. When we are down, stuck, speechless, expressionless, no one cares. Till we are immaterial, unimportant, we are actually safe as no one ever kicks a dead dog. It’s the time when we try to achieve something precious, crucial that we face the worst criticism not only from outsiders but insiders the most.

It would be the most unwise thing to give up or cause yourself any trouble for those who really don’t care. Instead it’s the time to recollect past glories & gather all optimism that we can. With no one standing beside but own shadow, seek truest self-reliance. Show ourselves that after all we are not as weak as we thought we were.

Personally I’m having a hard time at this time. Everyone has this type of time in their career so be positive and move forward with it if you think it’s bad. But remember the right time is on the way for you.TRy harder you will be successful than you ever thought. Stand strong for yourself, never wait until someone comes to help you.
